Ohtsurugi jinja

Then we arrived at a place called Ohtsurugi Shrine. I took a rest on a bench in front of the shrine. By the way, there is a telescope here that you can look through for 20 yen.

As we climbed up to the summit from there, we found an oddly shaped rock.

I think I read in Rurubu or something that this rock may or may not be the origin of the name "Mt.

While I was taking pictures, three madams talked to me, so I took a break and talked to them. Are you a college student? I seriously thought about growing a beard, but that's a secret between us.

As we proceeded to shake hands with the kumazasa bamboo, we gradually climbed higher and higher until the summit hutte came into view.

The summit hutte is a lodging and dining facility built near the summit for climbers by a man named Nii-san.
When you see it, the summit is just around the corner.

I was wondering if you could help me out at …….

Here come the stairs! Passing through the torii gate, step by step.

And once you get past that!
The summit hutte!

But more stairs follow.

We walked toward the true summit of the mountain, taking distant photos of the shrine above the heads of the crowd. Then came this sight.

It's amazing, isn't it?
Someone has transported a lot of boards to such a high place, assembled them, and built a secure scaffold.

And finally, we reached the summit!
