I've been a hamburger lover since I was a kid.

Eating good food sandwiched between good food. Isn't it the best food?

So let's get to it, let's have it!

I opened my big mouth and bit into it as hard as I could. I noticed here that the wrapper was baggy, making it difficult for the sauce to spill out. Even people like me, who tend to stain their clothes when eating a large hamburger, can eat it with peace of mind.

I mean, it's delicious !!!!

I love both wild boar and venison, but this is a great combination of the two, plus it's completely unctuous and easy to eat. This is good, too good.

The patty portion is unquestionably the best, but there is something more shocking.

That said, the vegetables were also terrific.

This sauce also goes well with vegetables as well as meat. The sauce has just the right amount of acidity. I really thought that this sauce would make even a child who hates vegetables love vegetables.

I thought, "I'll just take in the scenery from time to time," but I ended up concentrating on the inoshka burger until I had eaten the whole thing. I was already captivated.

Thanks for the food!

On my way home, I was even given a souvenir, for which I was very grateful.

However, my coverage of Cafe & Ghibier is not over. Because I made a promise to Mr. Yokogawa.

I eat everything on the menu (I come here about once a month)."

and "Gibieri" is the name of the restaurant. At this point in time (as of mid-May 2022), there are more than 10 gibier dishes on the menu. Therefore, this interview will be completed in a span of 10 months at the earliest.
