Me, reading in my beloved library and having my blood pressure and lung capacity measured.
Good! Very good!
It's great to be surrounded by books. A space where many users are lost in contemplation with a book in their hands. I can't get enough of it. I picked up a book like a "secret business manual," which I picked up at random, and started to read.
Satisfied with my half hour of reading in the library, I suddenly switched into a "let's go home" mode.
Rhythmically descending the stairs of the museum, "Let's go home! I was just about to leave when I was stopped by a woman, a lady.
"Hey, brother, would you like me to measure your blood pressure? And also your lung capacity."
I'm not sure, but they were willing to take measurements for free. (They do it on the second and fourth Saturday of every month near the entrance to the prefectural library.)
I thought it sounded kind of interesting, so I decided to take a measurement. First, blood pressure.
The top is 137 and the bottom is 78.
So they measure my lung capacity, and to my surprise, I got "lung capacity 39 years old". I'm only 29 years old. …… When I was stunned, one of the men told me, "You know, unless you do that several times and average it out, the numbers are all over the place. He laughed and said, "I did that too, but the numbers were all messed up.
Anyway, I had to breathe out my face red three times to get the average. I ended up with an average of 32, which was higher than my actual age. But it would have been worse if I hadn't quit smoking.
I was glad I had quit smoking, but I left feeling dizzy and slightly acidic.
Well, that was a really fun and productive day. I haven't been this aggressive in a long time. Well, maybe for the first time in my hometown, and for the first time by myself.
Tokushima, my hometown, is not to be underestimated.
I spent a day there and was able to take a fresh look at it.
