Chinese Soba Noodle Large
I completely forgot to take a picture of it, but it came in a rather large bowl.
The default toppings are,
Chashu pork, thin bean sprouts, chopped green onions, and soft bamboo shoots. It was quite a lineup. The noodles are not too thin and not too thick.
The noodles are not too thin and not too thick, and the soup is like soy sauce-based pork bone or chicken broth, yet sweet and spicy. As I swallowed, I wondered if it was my imagination that I detected a faint garlicky flavor. I wonder.
This soup is a side dish.
Personally, I prefer this thin bean sprout. The thick ones are also very satisfying, but the thin ones have a nice crunchy texture and are fresh.
The chashu pork is tender but relatively light. I assume that they are trying to find a balance between the pork and the soup.
Thank you very much for the meal! The amount of rice was about eight-tenths of the original amount. I was wondering if it was because of the recent rise in wheat, but it was just right because I have been gaining weight lately, or rather, I am completely overweight.
After eating the ramen, did it bring back any memories for me? Rather, I left the restaurant with a fresh feeling, having visited for the first time and had it for the first time.
I wonder if I have really been here before.
Well then, I'll see you again when I do!
