The story of how I satisfied my stomach and soul by slurping Chinese noodles at the famous hideout restaurant "Kiguya" in Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture.

Clean menu

I sat down at a table with a laminated menu in front of it. I looked at the menu carefully and thought to myself, "Wow, there is only one choice of Chuka-soba. There are two patterns of Chinese noodles, Chinese noodle (meat), and two patterns of doubedama, as well as two patterns of mehitama (rice dishes). There are no side dishes such as gyoza (Chinese dumplings) or fried rice.

If you visit the restaurant, you will see that Kiguya is the owner's one-operation operation. That is probably why the menu is so simple. That seems to be the main reason why water and the receipt of ordered items are completely self-service.

I wondered for a moment whether I should say hello to the owner, but there was no way I could interfere with his work. I decided to just enjoy my chuka-soba as a customer.

A splittable chopstick on a lengua. And pickled plums. Then, although not pictured, shichimi or ichimi chili pepper, and a container of water are placed on the table. Sometimes there are ramen shops that have pickled plums, but do they put them in their ramen? Or do they usually serve it with rice? Incidentally, judging from the tweets, these dried plums were apparently dried by the owner.

Looking up at the ceiling, I saw a kurukuru, which can be seen in coffee shops, spinning slowly.

When 11 o'clock came, I finished the first customer's order and was thinking, "I guess it's time for me to go," when I heard a voice saying, "You are here alone. I turned around to see the owner draining the noodles and asked, "Would you like more noodles? He smiled. I was surprised that my turn for ramen had already begun, and said, "Yes! Thank you! I replied again, louder than necessary.

Then, a short time later, "Thank you for waiting. I will give it to you from the front," the general said, and I turned around and went to the counter to get it, saying "Yes.

A saucer for the soup was placed at the bottom of the bowl.

I took it and went back to my seat.
