Unlike the ones in Awa City and Tokushima City, this one is a whole bunch of garlic in a container with the skin on, keeping the shape of garlic. This is a quaint touch.

Although I struggled a little with the two pieces of cellophane tape that closed the pack and struggled to get just one piece, I successfully retrieved it.

Compared to others, it is somewhat smaller. But the important thing is the taste.

Now, let's taste it.

Mm, the texture is more like Tokushima City's fruit black garlic.

I wonder if this one is a juicy one too?

Texture: Similar to Tokushima City's. The small size of the garlic makes it melt in an instant. The flavor is good, as if it has been aged well.

Taste: The sweetness of prunes condensed in a small body.

It is also delicious. Tokushima City and Kamiita-machi's are very similar. And the smell of garlic is also very faint.

Summary

I compared three kinds of black garlic in Awa city, Tokushima city, and Kamiita-machi, and my conclusion is that "they are all delicious, but be careful because the smell of garlic can not be completely eliminated".

As for the taste, they are all sweet and delicious, albeit to different degrees.
